Lavender Law Annual Conference & Career Fair - August 2-4, 2017

Lavender Law is the National LGBT Bar Association's largest event. The three-day conference draws over 1,300 attendees and features over 40 workshops. Topics covered in recent years have included: religion and the LGBT community, the intersection of race and sexual orientation, LGBT intimate partner violence and relationship recognition. The National LGBT Bar Association offers special programming for family law practitioners, transgender advocates, corporate counsel and those interested in pursuing a career as a member of the judiciary.

To All Attorneys Admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California:

The Judicial Conference of the United States has authorized the appointment of a full-time United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of California at Yosemite National Park, California.

The current annual salary of the position is $188,692. The term of office is eight (8) years.
