SacLegal offers an annual mentorship program matching LGBTQ+/Ally law students and attorneys from various backgrounds and practice areas to promote academic, professional, and personal advancement.  The program typically runs from September through May of the following year, with mentors and mentees conversing and/or meeting on a monthly basis -- either in pairs or groups.

The main matching process for the 2022-2023 school year has concluded.  However, if you are still interested in participating, please complete the application form and email us at [email protected].  If we have sufficient additional numbers, we will do our best to match you with a mentor/mentee before the next cycle.

We ask that mentors be attorneys with 2+ years of practice and that mentees be law students and attorneys with fewer than 5 years of practice.
