Join Lincoln Lambda and SacLegal for a discussion with LGBTQ+ judges in Sacramento, featuring Justice Laurie M. Earl of the Third District Court of Appeal and Judge Daniel J. Calabretta of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Justice Earl, a Lincoln alumna, is the first LGBTQ+ judge in the Third District Court of Appeal and previously served as a judge on the Sacramento Superior Court for 16 years.

Judge Calabretta was recently appointed to the federal bench following five years as a judge at the Sacramento Superior Court. Judge Calabretta is the first openly LGBTQ+ district judge in the Eastern District of California.
